Today is International Women Chiropractors Day, and I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge what it means to me.

Being both a chiropractor and a mom has shaped the way I care for my patients in such a personal way. I’ve been through the long nights, the transitions, the overwhelm.. and I think that’s why I often hear, “You just get it.”

I’m proud to be the only woman chiropractor in my town, not because of the title, but because I get to support other women and families in a way that feels real and honest. I love this work. I love watching people come alive in their bodies again. I love hearing your stories, laughing with you, shedding an occasional tear, but mostly watching you blossom and reconnect with your body. I’m so thankful for every person who trusts me with their care.

Here’s to all the women in this field doing work that matters with compassion, intention, and heart. 🤍
