To last Saturday to our Summer of Wellness Health Fair with !! It was a resounding success!! Wonderful weather, great company, and food with a lot of preventive healthcare!! Thank you to the Fresh Vibes Mobile Farmer’s Market for the wonderful, and delicious produce for our guests....all COMPLIMENTARY!! And shout out to our vendors who provided valuable resources to our community!!

"On June 19, 1865, Union Major General Gordon Granger arrived in Galveston, Texas to announce General Order No. 3, declaring that all enslaved people in Texas were free—more than two years after President Abraham Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation had officially ended slavery in Confederate states. On June 17, 2021, it officially became a federal holiday."
