Friends, A few spots left for IN SEASON - Yin for winter tomorrow 1/30.

Winter carries the emotional tone of fear, not as pathology, but as information. Fear signals the need for boundaries, care, and support, and is not meant to be endured alone. In nature, water survives by gathering—it pools, it sinks, it moves toward depth. And so do we.
This season and this time reminds us that community can be the vessel that holds us when things feel uncertain. We can share warmth, resources, show up for one another, and more. Together, fear can soften into resilience and wisdom.

In that spirit of community/coming together, all class proceeds this Friday, 1/30, will be donated to Amica, the Immigrant Rights Fund based in DC.
