Happy 4th of July from Dale’s Cash Fuel. We hope you all have a happy and safe 4th!

Just a reminder we are closed today and will reopen Monday 7/7 at 8am and will only be working till 3:30 on Monday. We will resume to normal hours on Tuesday 7/8!

Good Evening customers, friends and family.

We have a schedule change coming up due to the 4th of July.

All Friday deliveries will be done on Tuesday 7/1 instead of 7/4.

Office will be closed on Friday 7/4 and we will re open on Monday 7/7. We will have shortened hours on 7/7 as it’s our daughter’s birthday.

We will resume normal schedule the week of 7/7 and go back to our Wednesday-Friday delivery schedule.

Well customers of Dale’s cash fuel due to the Iran an Israel attacking market is very unstable market has jumped up another 10 cents market has jumped up .45cents in the last two weeks with that being said we are unable to guarantee prices until market settles down little bit thanks for understanding

Good Morning Dale's Cash Fuel Friends, Family, and Loyal customers.

We will be closed on Monday 5/26 in observance on Memorial Day. We will return all phone calls back on Tuesday morning when we open.

Just a friendly reminder we are on our summer schedule now and with that being said we are down to 3 days a week. We deliver Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Good Afternoon Dale's Cash Fuel friends, family, and loyal customers.

With warmer weather coming the call volume for oil has slowed down.

Starting 4/21 we will be moving to only 3 days a week. We will no longer be running on trucks on Tuesday anymore. We will be running, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday's this will be the schedule for the remainder of the year till we get into colder weather again. Make sure you call us when your tank is at a half so we can put you on the schedule.

All auto fill deliveries will be changed to every 90 days unless you call the office and tell the girls otherwise. Everybody that was on auto fill have been filled for the month of April.

Thank you all for an awesome winter with Dale's Cash Fuel. We wouldn't be where we are today without all of our new and existing customers. We appreciate all of you guys!

Dear Dale,
I wanted to thank you very much for priming my oil boiler when it ran out of fuel on 3/5/25. I know you had truck delivery problems with both your trucks on that day while trying to deliver fuel. I appreciate your taking the time to prime my boiler. Sorry for the late thank you for your service. I do appreciate your time and assistance in dealing with the out of fuel problem. It will not be forgotten for sure. Thanks again and be safe.

Good Morning to our loyal customers, friends, and family.

Just a gentle reminder that all paths to the fill pipes must be cleared so our drivers can safely deliver to your house.

Also another gentle reminder that all driveways must be plowed and sanded for our trucks to make it down or up your driveway. If the driver doesn’t feel safe we will not deliver on your scheduled day and we will push you out till the next scheduled delivery day.

If you know you have a delivery coming after a storm please make sure everything is sanded, plowed, and all good to go for the drivers.

Happy Weekend to our loyal customers, friends, and family!

Just a friendly reminder. Old man winter has finally approached us and is dropping snow like crazy. With that being said we are asking if you know you have a delivery coming after a snow storm or during a snow storm please have driveways plowed, and sanded. Also with this reminder please shovel a path to the fill pipe. If we don’t feel the trucks can make it down or up your driveway and if we feel the pull is long and there is no pathway shoveled we will not deliver oil and we will be there the next scheduled delivery day.

We will not be running trucks on Thursday as we are getting a snow storm and I need my drivers to be safe. With this being said if you are used to getting your delivery on Thursdays they will be pushed for Tuesday or Friday.

We have changed our k-1 days to Fridays. We will be doing one full load of k-1 on Fridays and if the need for more k-1 is needed we will add Saturdays back in.

Also a reminder we have been booking out a week in advance please don’t wait to call us when you’re tank is at an 1/8th or empty because we can’t guarantee we can be there the same week. We will try our hardest to get to you for your scheduled delivery day but doesn’t mean we will be there.

The call volume has been through the roof if you are calling and the girls don’t answer please leave a voicemail and they will return your phone call as soon as they can.

We can NO LONGER take orders over emails, Facebook messenger, and texting please call in your orders.

I’m just posting to let everyone know that the call volume is through the roof right now and we can no longer guarantee same day deliveries. We are booking out a week in advance which is new for us as the owners and new for you all as customers.

If you need to schedule a delivery for oil please call the office and expect your delivery date be a week from when you call.

We recommend that you call us when your tank is reading at a half so you have enough to get you through till the next schedule delivery day.

When you call the office and the girls don’t answer right off please leave a voicemail with a message and they will return your phone calls as soon as they can.

Thank you for all your support in supporting our small business and letting us keep you warm during the winter months.
