Dear Valued Customers, As the holiday season approaches, please be advised of our adjusted schedule. In observance of Christmas, our office will be closed on December 25th.

Our delivery schedule will operate on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Similarly, our holiday schedule for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day will follow the same pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Our office will be closed on Christmas Day (December 25th) and New Year's Day (January 1st), as well as Christmas Eve (December 24th) and New Year's Eve (December 31st).

Please plan accordingly and check your oil levels and please remember we are booking out a week in advance.

Please be advised that our office operates with a single phone line and receives over 100 calls daily. As a result, I often handle multiple calls simultaneously, which may cause delays in returning your calls.

I appreciate your patience and understanding as I strive to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner. Additionally, please note that our schedule is fully booked a week in advance, and we are working diligently to accommodate all requests.

To ensure prompt service, we recommend checking your oil gauges regularly, ideally before reaching a quarter of a tank, due to our current high volume of requests.

We will have all normal deliveries except for Thursday 11/27 we will be Closed to enjoy Thanksgiving with our families.

If we don’t respond to your Facebook messages or texts right away, please feel free to give us a call. We’re heading into our busy season and want to make sure everyone is taken care of in the time frame you need. Your calls help us get back to you faster and ensure nothing gets missed!

We are typically booking out a week in advance so please don't wait till last minute to place your order.

Good afternoon, Dale's Cash Fuel Friends, Family and Loyal Customers.

Just a couple reminders coming out this afternoon. Colder weather is sneaking up on us so please be mindful that we will be getting busier as the days go on.

The office is closed this weekend 11/7-11/9 as we are headed away this weekend for the weekend. I will be in the office till about 230-3 on Friday 11/7 and will not be back in the office till Monday morning 11/10. All phone calls will be returned Monday morning.

K-1 Deliveries will be done Saturday 11/15.

With us getting busier means we will be booking out quicker so just please watch your gauges so we can get to you at a timely manner. Please call the office when your tank is at a 1/2 so we will have plenty of time to get your heating oil needs as we may be booking out a week.

We appreciate you all for your business we wouldn't be where we are now without each and every one of you!

In the coming week or so watch our Facebook for a schedule change due to Thanksgiving!
