HealthBridge is seeking qualified health personnel (LPN, Medical Assistant, Paramedic, or EMT) to become remote patient monitoring (RPM) Data Monitors with our team! You will be analyzing electronic health data with the supervision of an RN, NP, or MD. This role is integral to helping patients understand their care plan. You will be their healthcare advocate by checking on their status, reviewing medications, communicating with their providers, and helping to identify other issues that could negatively impact the patient’s health. It is critical that the Monitors develop a trusting relationship with the patient that encourages future engagement and compliance.
