Virginia Society of Rheumatology

Virginia Society of Rheumatology The Virginia Society of Rheumatology is committed to improving the quality and safety of patient care Cases must be submitted by: August 31st!

2022 VSR Meeting - October 7-9
An exciting program agenda is being planned based on feedback and suggestions from our members! Thieves' Market presentations are a tradition within rheumatology where a unique case is presented and the audience is challenged either with diagnosis or management of a complicated patient. The goal is to help us all in our ongoing journey to become discerning diagnosticians and thoughtful practitioners. We invite fellows, residents and medical students to submit their cases for the 2022 Virginia Society of Rheumatology Annual Meeting. The cases will be judged competitively based on their uniqueness, striking images or findings, educational value and overall presentation by the presenter. The winner will receive a certificate along with monetary prizes of $400 for first place, $200 for second place and $100 for third place. In addition, the presentation will be highlighted on the VSR website as this year’s winner. Hotel Reservation Information: Please click here to make your reservation at the Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Take advantage of the $179.00 room rate and extend your stay; special VSR rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference. Please note: Our room block expires on September 19, 2022, but rooms may sell out before then. We can't wait to see you in Virginia Beach in October 2022!
