At Untangling Me we are helping women untangle the expectations, should’s and have- to’s to remember who they are and what really matters to them. The woman you always wanted to grow up to be. Before she slipped behind the scenes and everything else took center stage. Before her light was hidden. It’s easy to forget who we are. We forget what really matters to us. At Untangling Me we facilitate shared experiences for women. Whether it’s in our closed facebook group, our 3 day personal development retreats, virtual book studies, local women’s conferences, or by curating an experience for teams of women in the workplace, we create opportunities for personal growth, connection and community. And with all of this, we are here to remind you that no one is alone on this journey. No one is alone on this journey. So if this sounds like you or someone you know, you’re our people! When your _______ (insert: spouse, mother in law, parent, bestie) asks you what you want for Christmas, we think the best answer is “time to relax, rejuvenate, focus on my needs, and be with other amazing women!”

We are so THANKFUL for all of you and decided to bring back the super summer registration option for the February retreat!!

This kid right here - she’s 17 and sometimes I swear my kids are smarter than me. They teach me things everyday. Her personal mantra is “Control the things you can control.” In this weird way, it’s such a peaceful saying. It settles me when I feel untethered. It reminds me to pay attention to my priorities. When life feels stressful and it’s difficult to know what to do, pause, breathe, and control the things you can control. 💕
