👉If your sitting on the fence debating should I or shouldn't I join these people? Would I fit in? Is it true are people there nice and encouraging? And this Neil guy he seems to have a couple of screws loose and doesn't seem to know what "easy" means 🤣👴🏻 and his math skills seem to be backwards 😏🤣

I saw this today and I have to share my thoughts 💭

Q -A year is a long time how can I stay focused that long -----
A - You won't stay focused for the whole year BUT when you feel yourself slipping instead of beating yourself up! STOP turnaround, (I don't care where you're at)
walk or craw the other way! With that action you stopped the self - destructive momentum.

Think about this - over the next 365 days, you have 300 or more days where your food is on point and you worked out to the best of your ability (let's be honest no workout is the same)
How much weight would you lose, how much muscle would you put on, how many meds would you get off of for ever????????

We have to learn it's ok to stumble and even fall BUT it's not ok to say "screw it"

Give yourself some grace.
