Karen aka the "stylist" won our BF% contest with losing 4.4% Body Fat... We do it the right way, no starving ourselves, proper nutrition and working our butts off.....

Some of us don't think we have the time, money, ability, dedication or are too set in our ways to lose weight and get healthy... I'm calling BS!!
Those were my excuses for years and years!!
I had to reprogram myself and stop listening to TV commercials on what was healthy to eat " Fat Free" "Sugar Free" talk abt BS!!!
Do your research Knowledge is Power!
Workout to the best of YOUR ability don't worry abt the person working out beside you!!
WORK FOR YOUR VICTORIES!!!

Big Daddy Gear...
I'm only 500ish pounds, I can say "only" cause I was 760 pounds.

During taken this photo I was thinking - hurry up my back and legs are numb - I can't wait to go eat lunch 20 wings, Big Hoagie with double fries and as much mountain dew as I could hold, don't forget the 2 large blizzards I would grab on my way home.

Truth of the matter is there will always be that guy living inside me trying desperately to get out.
BUT he has NO chance!!! I am no longer a food addict....................
I'm a workout Addict.....

Look at Londyn doing handstands at 9 years old. Oh and I almost fell down last night when I saw this amazing athlete do a handstand pushup.

She always encourages her mom and dad by saying stuff like " 15 more easy seconds Dad, you got this, you're doing great Mom"🤔 why does that sound familiar 🤣
When we go on vacation this year, I'm putting Londyn in charge.....

Brent and Renee are old school Beastmoders, they're part of the original crew..

I have a lot of fun training this amazing family!!!

They are a great example of what our GymFamily is about, never negative and only want the best for us all.....
