Hormonal Cascade is for the woman experiencing discomfort during hormonal transitions- whether that be pms or (pero)menopause. This blend helps with energy, anxiety, rage, & hot flashes!

From the Ground Up is for the worn down human who’s feeling wired but tired! This bled has both uplifting, calming, & energizing herbs to get you through stressful times (hello news & work & kids & the economy & all of it!)

Herbal Tea Blends!

A few of the teas I’ll have this weekend at the Richmond Farmers Market My teas are made with only organic plants!

Blooms N Berries with saffron & strawberries- a feel good, yummy tea full of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, & mood boosting herbs!

Chaga Chai- a classic chai mix with Chaga mushroom! Great for digestion & immunity

Mineral Magic- I first made this for a postpartum blend! Think of this as a multivitamin in tea form. With nettle, red raspberry, oat straw, rose hips, & ginger root

Elecampane- an inulin-containing plant. Honestly, I think the taste is too strong for a tea. Stick with dandelion. chicory, &/or burdock root

Golden milk is one of the first herbal remedies I used consistently, and to this day, it’s one that I feel the most difference in my body with- less soreness, aches, & pains + better sleep!

When I first started drinking Golden Milk I was running a looooot. When I drank golden milk each night, I’d wake up without the usual post-run soreness. But when I stopped drinking it consistently I was sore as heck. This was before I was an herbalist & to see this remedy making a difference in my life blew my mind. (I have since had my mind blown by herbs time & time again)

Golden Nectar is my take on the traditional remedy of Golden Milk. All the spicness & warmth that the herbs bring make it perfect for winter nights (perhaps by the fireplace? Perhaps with a good book? dreeeamy).

Stir a teaspoon or two into warm milk or tea & just *relax*. The ritual itself is part of the medicine- taking a few minutes to prepare something that nourishes you, taking in the smell of the herbs, warming up milk or tea, stirring & watching the herbs melt into it. That process signals to your nervous system that it’s time to wind down.

I’ll have Golden Nectar at the Richmond Farmers Market this week & I’ll get it on my website soon too (:
