Habit Modern Massage is now hiring Licensed Massage Therapists for FT and PT positions. We are located in the Libbie Mill area of Richmond close to the Libbie & Grove corridor.

Habit Modern Massage is a new massage boutique founded on the premise that self-care is a necessity and not a luxury and that wellness should be accessible to all. So, we modernized the massage experience and have created an experience like no other.

A little bit about us:

We offer high-quality massages that are affordable and convenient.
We offer technology that makes appointments easy to book, a better platform that helps our guests articulate their preferences before they arrive, and a super simple check-in and check-out process that is beneficial to our providers and our guests! We have thought of everything, such as prompts to include booking the next service, an option to leave a 20% gratuity in the check-out process, and more.

Responsibilities at Habit Modern Massage:

1. Deliver an exceptional massage experience for each guest.

2. Review the guest profile and preferences.

3. Document the guest account after each service to keep treatment notes.

4. Understand the benefits of massage therapy and believe in them passionately.

5. Excellent guest service skills

6. Maintain guest suites and back-of-house to Habit's standards.

Experience Requirements:

1. Must be licensed to provide massage therapy services in Virginia.

2. A deep understanding and knowledge of Swedish and deep tissue massage.

3. Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch. The position requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability, and visual acuity.

4. Available to work at a minimum of 12 hours per week.

5. Must be available to work at least one weekend shift.
