We’ve moved.
Are we fully unpacked? Absolutely not. 📦😩

Between the ice storm, subcontractor delays, and furniture that appears to be on its own personal journey, we are currently operating in a state best described as organized chaos. ⚠️🚛

Dr. B has officially started parental leave (babies do not respect construction timelines), and Dr. Witt continues her relentless pursuit of ideal lighting conditions. Standards remain high. 💕💡

The office is closed today so Dr. A and Nurse Caci can get the pharmacy ready for inspection — because apparently “it works and the people are kind” is not sufficient documentation. 🦺💊

Thank you for rolling with us while we finish putting the final pieces in place. As always, your doctors are available by phone for any urgent needs. ⚡️☎️

Normal operations today — and yes, of course we’re moving during back-to-back winter storms. ❄️📦

Today is our last day at 9A W Grace St.
The office will be closed tomorrow (Fri, 01/30) for the move.

Next week, we’ll reopen by appointment only at our new location:

That’s a wrap on 2025 ☃️✌🏽

Santa came early this year—and after everything this year threw at us, we’re feeling deeply grateful. Last year we were wishing and hoping for a building… and now it’s almost ready. 🏗️✨
Stay tuned for a moving announcement in early 2026. 🚚🩺

For now, the team is officially entering hibernation mode for some much-needed rest and repair. 🐻💤
We’ll be back in our soon-to-be “old office” on January 2, refreshed and ready to keep showing up for our community with compassion and determination.

Well… Richmond noticed what we’ve been up to. Our founder, Dr. Stephanie Arnold, was named one of Style Weekly’s Top 40 Under 40 this year!

If you’ve ever sat in our exam rooms, you already know why. Seven Hills was built for people who’ve been overlooked, dismissed, or straight-up failed by traditional healthcare — and this recognition reflects the work our whole team puts in every day to offer something different, something better, and something that actually feels human.

Between the ice, the slush, and RVA infrastructure, we’re closing the office early today and working from our couches tomorrow morning. 👩🏽‍💻☕️

🤳🏼AM appointments will be virtual.
🤞🏼We plan to be back in-office for the afternoon.

Your doctors are still on call for anything emergent — but do not slip and bust your ass! 🧊⚠️☠️

Dr. Blu is preparing a puberty blocker injection — because gender-affirming care for kids and teens is STILL happening at Seven Hills, even as other clinics close their doors.

When a program closes, families lose more than appointments — they lose stability, continuity, and a trusted medical home. Menopause has gone viral, and it's about time. But with that interest comes misinformation and companies looking to profit by capitalizing on this unheard need. Social media feeds are packed with “hormone balance” supplements, celebrity-endorsed clinics, and personalized “menopause optimization” programs.

It’s excellent that menopause is finally being talked about, but not everything you hear online is grounded in evidence and focused on whole-body wellness.
