Mind racing? ........write down your thoughts!!!
Feeling anxious about something ..... write it out!!!

Expressing your thoughts on paper can provide relief....... give it a shot, and let me know how it goes!

I won't say you need to be in the gym 3 hours a day (although that could be helpful for some folks), nor does walking up and down your stairs qualify as exercise. But moving your body for at least 15 minutes can do wonders for your stress or anxiety.

The same thing can be said for sleep .....you don't have to get 12 hours of sleep, but 4 is definitely not cutting it. But getting restful sleep can also help with stress and anxiety.

Can you think of any others?
