Summer months can mean more time outdoors. Before heading out, wear sun-protective clothing and use sunblock with an SPF 30 or higher. While outside, seek shade whenever possible. Protecting yourself from UV rays decreases the chances of skin cancer, damage to the eyes, and premature aging among other reasons.
