In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, Well Care Community Health will be closed on November 27th and 28th. We are thankful for our wonderful community and we hope you enjoy this time with family and friends! 🦃🍽️ We will return to the office on Monday, December 1st.

This Veterans Day, we proudly recognize Joseph (Joe) Gwinn, our IT Specialist at Well Care Community Health, for his dedicated service to our country. 🇺🇸

Joe served in the U.S. Army as a Records Specialist, with postings at Ft. Jackson (SC), Ft. Riley (KS), Camp Casey (Korea), and Ft. Knox (KY).

November is National Diabetes Month — a great time to clear up a common misconception: not all diabetes is the same!

Type 1 means the body stops making insulin completely. Type 2 means it still makes some, but not enough or not as effectively.
