Hey RVA, did you know that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has confirmed that regular physical activity is important for improving and maintaining good health, particularly in older populations? However, older African Americans often do not have access to safe and convenient environments for physical activity, leading to poorer health.

But what the CDC didn't say, is what really happens at the family barbecues, birthday parties, and family reunions. It's not just about the good soul food, but it's also about the workout that comes with it, and that's soul line dancing!

Are you interested in joining a VCU research study designed to improve your health through line dancing and walking?
