Hello from Dr. Emily! ✨

Dr. Emily is a Board Certified Women’s Health Specialist, a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a fantastic (so gentle!) dry needler.

She sees all genders for pelvic health conditions and has a special talent for pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, vulvodynia, endometriosis, PCOS and interstitial cystitis. She sees clients Monday through Thursday at our Fan office!!

Lately we are loving the behind the scenes! 🫶🏻

We think it is so wonderful to see what really goes on in a pelvic health practice. This is a mentoring session where we are learning about TMJ dysfunction and dry needling to help our clients with TMJ pain and dysfunction.

Wednesdays at the West End are the best!!!! It’s a full house with Dr Hannah, Dr Maria, Dr Ali, Dr Kelley, Dr Ali and the amazing Sarah Lopez massage therapist extraordinaire!

With varying schedules based on kids schedules and life, it is amazing to come together on Wednesdays. This is also our MENTORING day where we have learned so much! Today we learned all about lumbosacral special tests and differential diagnosis from Dr Ali- who is also Board Certified in Orthopedics!!

Truly love this team!

Katie Hogg is a licensed massage therapist and movement educator with roots in dance and a deep reverence for the body’s innate intelligence. Her approach blends evidence-based bodywork, breathwork, and movement philosophy with intuitive, compassionate care. She believes healing happens through collaboration, curiosity, and awareness—meeting each person exactly where they are. Drawing from years of experience supporting athletes, prenatal and postnatal clients, and those recovering from injury or imbalance, Katie creates a space where clients can reconnect with their bodies, restore mobility, and move with greater ease and intention. Her work centers on helping people feel grounded, informed, and empowered in their own healing so they can move well, longer, and live with more balance.

Behind the scenes of our mentoring! ✨

In this particular mentoring session, our team is learning about how to test for where the body is protecting: the central nervous system, the viscera (which organ?) or the musculoskeletal system.

We are always learning and growing to support you better!! We pride ourselves in figuring out the WHY behind your symptoms— so many of our patients have been to dozens of providers without answers — and we are determined to learn, grow, think outside of the box and elevate our clinical skills to help the tricky cases no one else can solve!!
