Laissez les bons temps rouler - “let the good times roll”!

Our residents had a great time at our parade today beads flying, shakers shaking, masks on, candy everywhere, and personalized signs proudly displayed as they made their way through the parade route! 🎉

We wrapped up the celebration with delicious king cake… and congrats to Sula who found the baby in her slice! 👶✨

We are so grateful to Ellen Gentry and her amazing dancers for sharing their talent with us and making our Valentine’s Day celebration so special! 💘

Thank you to our wonderful families for joining in on the fun, and to our very own music man, Jim Whitaker, for keeping the energy high and the tunes just right. 🎶

We also want to give a big shoutout to our incredible residents and our friends from McCready Manor for making the day truly unforgettable.

From watching the beautiful dancing to learning a new line dance and even doing The Twist, we had an absolute blast! 💃🕺

We appreciate everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to spend the day with us. It meant more than you know. ❤️

❤️ Valentine’s Day Craft Fun ❤️

Our residents have been busy spreading a little extra love this week! They created beautiful heart decorations with the reminder, “We love because He first loved us.” (1 John 4:19)

It was a wonderful time of creativity, laughter, and fellowship and now their rooms have a sweet Valentine’s touch filled with faith and love. 💕

A big thank you to our Activities Director’s daughter, Lainee,and our Maintenance Director’s daughter, Becca, for jumping in and helping lead the fun. Using balloons to keep things light and engaging, everyone worked on stretching, coordination, and staying active, all while sharing plenty of laughs.

We love creative ways to make exercise enjoyable and meaningful for our residents. Staying active together makes all the difference! ❤️

Join us in congratulating Mandi Winkler, our Employee of the Month!

Mandi is our amazing Admissions & Marketing Director, and for the first time in years she has helped bring our building to full capacity, a huge accomplishment that reflects her dedication, hard work, and heart for what she does. She is always willing to jump in wherever needed, whether that’s assisting families with questions, giving tours, helping other departments, or taking on any task asked of her. She consistently does it all with excellence.

Residents, staff, and families truly love and appreciate Mandi, and we are incredibly lucky to have her as part of our team. Thank you, Mandi, for everything you do!

💙 Happy Activity Professionals Week! 💙

Last week, we celebrated our incredible Activity Staff and thanking them for all they do to bring joy, engagement, and meaningful moments to our residents every single day. Your creativity, compassion, and dedication truly make our community feel like home.

During this cold spell, we were happy to gift our amazing team cozy electric blankets as a small token of appreciation because you deserve all the warmth you give to others!

And of course, a special shout-out to Holly, our beloved therapy dog, who never fails to lift spirits and spread smiles throughout the building. Holly also received a new giraffe toy, and she’s already putting it to good use! 🦒
