Outing Highlight! 🚌🍴
We gave our residents a choice: a trip to go bowling or lunch at Cracker Barrel. Without hesitation, every single one of them picked Cracker Barrel! 😄

So off we went for some good ol’ comfort food, rocking chairs, and all the Southern charm. Everyone had a great time, and their bellies (and hearts) were full by the end of the afternoon. 💛

Sometimes, you just can’t beat biscuits and sweet tea with friends!

🕊️🎨 Mini VBS – Day 3 at Telford Terrace! 🎨🕊️

Today our residents tapped into their creativity by painting birdhouses—each one a colorful reminder of God’s love and care. 🏡💛

We sang uplifting songs and shared a special lesson about how God cares for us even more than the birds of the air (Matthew 6:26). That beautiful truth inspired today’s craft, and our residents truly poured their hearts into it.

It was a joyful afternoon filled with music, laughter, faith, and fellowship—and some very special birdhouses to show for it! 🕊️🎶

Thank you so much to Redhouse Baptist Church for bringing your VBS to our residents!

She is respectful, reliable, and recently stepped up to learn a new role when our team needed her. Her dedication and flexibility make a real difference every day!

A huge THANK YOU to the amazing volunteers from Passport Camp who joined us for our annual wheelchair wash! Your hard work, kindness, and energy made a big difference and our residents truly appreciated it. 🧽❤️

It was a beautiful day to be outside, and our residents loved soaking up the sunshine, enjoying some popsicles, and chatting with all the friendly faces. ☀️

📖✨ Day Two of Mini Vacation Bible School! ✨📖

Today was another joyful day at Red House Baptist Church’s Mini VBS! Residents gathered once again with our youth volunteers for music, crafts, and a brand new Bible lesson.

This time, we explored a different message of faith and made a fun new craft to match the theme. Watching the generations come together in laughter, learning, and love has been such a blessing. 💛

Red House Baptist Church kicked off our Mini VBS today with the residents, and it was a heartwarming success! 💛

Together with the youth, residents enjoyed a joyful day full of music, crafts, and a meaningful lesson. It was a beautiful time of fellowship, fun, and faith!

This week, we’ve celebrated with gifts, a special lunch, and handmade badge reels from our residents — but nothing could truly express how thankful we are for everything our CNAs do.

Their compassion, strength, and dedication shine every single day. Whether it’s a comforting word, a helping hand, or simply showing up with a smile, they make a difference in the lives of our residents and their families in ways that can’t be measured.

We celebrated with a Pops Pancake Brunch featuring mini pancakes, a toppings bar, fresh coffee, and orange juice. It was a sweet way to honor the amazing dads who bring so much love, wisdom, and strength to our lives.

🔥 Safety First at Telford Terrace! 🔥

We were honored to have the Richmond Fire Department visit Telford Terrace last week to provide hands-on fire extinguisher training for our amazing staff. After a quick safety session, everyone got the chance to put their knowledge to the test by putting out a real fire using actual fire extinguishers!

This hands-on experience was both exciting and educational — and it gave our team the confidence and skills to respond quickly and safely in case of an emergency.

A HUGE thank-you to the Richmond Fire Department for taking the time to equip us with this life-saving knowledge and for always being such strong supporters of our community. 🚒❤️
