Our team is expanding! We are officially welcoming Leila to the PsychMind team. We are so impressed by her dedication to the field and can’t wait for you all to meet her.

Leila Arthur, M. ED., LPCC, is a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist who works with clients to navigate life’s challenges with support and understanding. With over a decade of mental health experience and a background in school counseling, she has a special connection to working with children, teens, and adults.

Leila uses evidence-based approaches, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients process difficult experiences and move forward with greater ease.

Her style is relaxed and approachable. She believes therapy should feel natural and grounded, like a genuine conversation where you feel comfortable, accepted, and understood. Her goal is to help clients feel seen, build resilience, and progress at their own pace.
