✨Meet Aimee ✨ Instructor at The Shed
Aimee has been fascinated with posture and the way the body moves for as long as she can remember. What started as an obsession with standing tall eventually led her to barre—a gateway to Pilates. She’s been practicing contemporary Pilates for almost a decade and thrives on the mind–body connection.
After working in fashion in New York City, Aimee moved to Richmond in 2022 and quickly found her place within the city’s Pilates community. She is currently completing her comprehensive Balanced Body Pilates certification.
Aimee’s goal is to empower clients to develop body awareness and build confidence with progressive challenges. Her classes are designed to be energetic and engaging—a space where students can leave their day at the door and discover what their bodies are capable of.
