Here are some tips to make your teletherapy session more comfortable.

1. Headset can help with the quality of audio as well as help you stay focus.
2. Make sure you sitting somewhere comfortable and have items that help you relax like water, tea , comforting scents or a blanket.
3. Make sure you're somewhere private where you won't be disturbed. Turn off your phone to avoid distraction.
4. Parents respect your teen/child space during their secession & give them some privacy.
5. Make sure you have a stable connection. Close out other tabs on your computer for optimal performance.
6. have something in tou line of vision to help ground you when you talk about difficult topics.
7. Don't be afraid to communicate with you therapist if there is a problem. Let them know if there is a connection problem or you're having trouble hearing him/her. Your therapist wants to ensure you have the best teletherapy session possible.
