Accepting new clients!

Massage has profoundly impacted my life, and I’m passionate about providing the same opportunity for my clients. After graduating from the Cortiva Institute for Massage Therapy in 2022, I started my own practice servicing the Greater Richmond area. Throughout my career, my appreciation for biomechanics, posture, and pain-free movement has deepened, leading me to expand my expertise and enroll in the Structural Integration at Anatomy Trains program in 2024. I am projected to complete the program in early 2026. 

In my work, I use an integrated approach, drawing from a wide range of techniques, modalities, and therapeutic approaches, including deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial, cupping, stretching, and structural integration. 

My interdisciplinary approach… 

enables me to collaborate with each client to meet their unique needs;

helps create mental and physical space to heal from pain and discomfort; and 

empowers those I work with to embrace their most authentic, whole self. 

When not working, I enjoy frequenting coffee shops, reading, rock climbing, exploring RVA, taking photographs, and spending time with my partner and dog
