You may have noticed a new smiling face at our front desk recently! Jenni has taken over the role of Office Manager at Freedom PT & Wellness! 😊
Jenni first entered the world of physical therapy as a patient. After a cheerleading injury that led to two surgeries, going through months of physical therapy helped her regain her strength and mobility to walk pain free. She loved the environment physical therapy provided to help people get back to enjoying a pain free life.
Jenni has been working in the physical therapy field for over four years. She started off as a technician in an outpatient clinic and transitioned into the Office Manager role. She took on the duties of the clinic including verifying insurance benefits, retrieving prior authorizations, patient
scheduling, running clinic statistics, and many more. Even if she is not working with patients on the floor, Jenni is always encouraging the patients to achieve their goals and bring a smile to everyone’s faces.
In her free time, Jenni enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, painting, reading, and watching sports.
