Parents/Guardians are we prepared for back to school? Have your little ones already started school? The school year can be a struggle for any growing child. Here are some useful tips to ensure you are providing guidance and support to your child:

-Make sure you educate yourself on the warning signs of mental health
-Have open communication with your child. Try not to be judgmental and allow them to speak
-Educate your child on health coping strategies. Show your child how to engage in self-care
-Seek professional help, if needed
-Be patient and understanding
