🌙 New Year Focus
A Yoga, Meditation & Reflection Event
Begin the year with intention—not pressure. This one-night experience blends accessible, mobility-focused yoga with guided meditation and reflection to help you release stiffness, move with ease, and step into the year feeling open, grounded, and clear.
This session is designed to help you feel good in your body. Expect an energizing flow that supports range of motion without pushing or strain, followed by time to integrate and reflect.
Class Flow:
•20 minutes of accessible yoga to feel good in you body
•20 minutes of guided meditation, breathwork & Savasana
•10 minutes of journaling or quiet reflection (optional & private)
•10 minutes of optional social circle sharing for connection and community
(Sharing is always invitational, never required.)
