We focus on gentle strength, joint support, flexibility, balance, and calming practices that improve everyday comfort—without intensity or pressure. Whether you're easing stiffness, supporting your back, rebuilding confidence in movement, or simply looking for a peaceful place to reset, you'll feel welcome here. Classes are intentionally small, allowing our teachers to offer personal attention and clear guidance for every level and every body. We believe movement should feel good, and that with the right support, you can stay active and comfortable through all stages of life. Begin the year with intention—not pressure. This one-night experience blends accessible, mobility-focused yoga with guided meditation and reflection to help you release stiffness, move with ease, and step into the year feeling open, grounded, and clear.

This session is designed to help you feel good in your body. Expect an energizing flow that supports range of motion without pushing or strain, followed by time to integrate and reflect.

Class Flow:
•20 minutes of accessible yoga to feel good in you body
•20 minutes of guided meditation, breathwork & Savasana
•10 minutes of journaling or quiet reflection (optional & private)
•10 minutes of optional social circle sharing for connection and community
(Sharing is always invitational, never required.)

The Wild Flower Reset is a 5-week studio-led reset designed to give you a clear, realistic plan for movement and strength.

Instead of guessing what to do each week, you’ll follow a simple rhythm:

Three studio classes per week from our regular schedule

At-home dumbbell workouts planned and delivered weekly

Optional cardio that fits your life

You choose the classes. We plan the structure.

The Reset is built to support consistency, not perfection. It gives you a framework you can return to, even when life gets busy.

Participants work toward a steady weekly routine, with the opportunity to unlock a completion reward by attending 10 studio classes during the Reset.

The Reset Pack ($65) includes the full weekly plan, at-home workouts, and motivation support. Studio classes are booked separately through an active membership or class pack.
