🌿 Starting Mindful March! 🙏
This month, we’re launching a fun and meaningful mindful activity centered around one simple yet powerful message we can apply in our everyday lives:

“Today is going to be my peaceful day.”

Maybe individual change is the key to creating a greater impact in the world we all inhabit. When we choose peace within ourselves, we contribute to peace around us.

Here’s how you can participate:

Grab a journal from the front desk.
Each day, write the phrase: “Today is going to be my peaceful day.”
Read it.
Recite it out loud.
Throughout the day, notice when your peace wavers and take note of it.

Simply becoming conscious of yourself and practicing mindfulness in one area can help you become more mindful in all areas of your life.

It’s the small changes within us that shape who we are and ultimately, the world we create together. 🌎✨

This is a beautiful opportunity to walk together for peace, to gather in unity, and to share in the spirit of mindfulness, loving-kindness, and compassion. Whether you walk with us for a few steps or the entire way, your presence will add light to this peaceful gathering.

Starting from Richmond Fire Station 17 (2211 Semmes Ave, Richmond, VA) at 2:00 PM, walking together to Richmond City Hall (900 E Broad St, Richmond, VA 23219)
