Dr. Akshay Davé, Dr. John Le, and Dr. Rishi Parikh are skilled surgeons that can provide many services including cataract surgery, endoscopic eye surgery, premium lens implants, LASIK and PRK, corneal transplants, laser surgery, glaucoma treatment, treating diabetic eye disease and consultative ophthalmology. Dr. Davé joined Dominion Eye in 2000. He attended Johns Hopkins University where he enrolled in biomedical engineering. He graduated early from Johns Hopkins and received a President's Scholarship to Baylor College of Medicine. Throughout his education he has been involved in basic science and clinical research as well as charitable work. He enjoys traveling and cooking with his wife Norma and his son Avi. Dr. Rishi Parikh joined Dominion Eye Associates as a Board Certified Ophthalmologist in 2017. Dr. Parikh graduated from The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He was Chief Resident of Ophthalmology at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System. He completed his corneal fellowship training at the world renowned Corneal Associates of New Jersey, where he performed medical management of corneal diseases including corneal abrasions, corneal ulcers, dry eye syndrome, corneal dystrophies and keratoconus. Dr. Parikh and his wife have recently purchased a home and they are thrilled to be returning to Richmond.

Dr. John Le is a Board Eligible Ophthalmologist specializing in Comprehensive Ophthalmology. Dr. Le completed both his Internal Medicine and Ophthalmology Residencies at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he was awarded Ophthalmology Resident of the Year in 2018-2019. Dr. Rishi Parikh joined Dominion Eye Associates as a Board Certified Ophthalmologist in 2017. Dr. Parikh graduated from The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He was Chief Resident of Ophthalmology at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System.
