We are excited to welcome Adrienne Cole Johnson as the next President & CEO of Communities In Schools of Richmond, beginning July 2026. Adrienne brings more than 25 years of leadership in education and community partnerships and will help guide CIS into its next chapter of impact for students and families.

Adrienne will follow Dr. Harold Fitrer, who is retiring after 18 years leading CIS. As we celebrate 30 years of impact, we look forward to what comes next. 💛
