Yesterday we kicked off our 7th cohort of Career Readiness & Employment participants 🎉

That also means we’re entering our 3rd year of supporting neurodivergent adults as they pursue their chosen career paths.

On day one, clients shared their hopes for the months ahead—from building job skills like resumes and interviewing, to meeting new people and embracing a fresh change. We’re excited for what’s to come!

Today we celebrate the life and work of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., whose work ignited inclusion for all.

Today is a celebration of courage, unity, and hope. A celebration of standing together, lifting one another up, and continuing the work of building communities rooted in respect and equality.
Let us move forward with intention. Let us include every voice. Let us celebrate our shared humanity—today and every day.

Career Readiness Job Coach, Bradley, Stabler, reflects on our most recent cohort of interns

“Each cohort is special and difficult to fully capture in words, but this past cohort of ours clicked immediately, operating like a well-oiled machine from day one. They are by far the biggest gaggle of go-getters we've had so far, and each person openly embraced challenges and tasks head on with aplomb and an eagerness to succeed (which, of course, they did).”
