Here are 5 teeth care tips to keep your smile strong and healthy:

🔸Replace Your Toothbrush Every 3–4 Months
Worn bristles can’t clean effectively, and old brushes may harbor bacteria.

🔸Use a Fluoride Mouthwash
This helps strengthen enamel and protect against cavities between brushing sessions.

🔸Avoid Using Teeth as Tools
Don’t open packages, crack nuts, or bite nails with your teeth—this can chip or damage them.

🔸Chew Sugar-Free Gum After Meals
It stimulates saliva, which helps wash away food particles and neutralize acids.

🔸Eat Teeth-Friendly Foods
Crunchy fruits and veggies like apples, carrots, and celery help clean teeth naturally and keep gums healthy.

6 healthy tips for keeping your teeth strong and healthy:

1️⃣ Brush twice a day — Use fluoride toothpaste and brush for at least two minutes, morning and night, to remove plaque and prevent cavities.

2️⃣ Floss daily — Flossing helps clean between your teeth where a toothbrush can’t reach, reducing the risk of cavities and gum disease.

3️⃣ Limit sugary and acidic foods — Sugary snacks and acidic drinks (like soda and citrus juices) can wear down enamel and lead to decay.

4️⃣ Drink plenty of water — Water helps wash away food particles and bacteria, and staying hydrated supports saliva production, which protects your teeth.

5️⃣ Eat a balanced diet — Foods rich in calcium and vitamin D (like dairy, leafy greens, and almonds) help keep teeth and bones strong.

6️⃣ Don’t skip dental check-ups — Visit your dentist regularly (usually every 6 months) for cleanings and to catch potential issues early.
