Good afternoon, to all our new followers and patients!
At West End Pediatrics we ARE accepting new patients, and we are so excited to meet everyone!
A few things to consider when calling to schedule:
- Lucy Karn PA-C is out of the office on maternity leave, which makes our schedule availability a little more limited than it normally is. She will be returning late February/early March.
- We will need all your child’s records and vaccination records prior to scheduling an appointment.
- We will communicate via email and send you all the demographic forms, financial policies, HIPAA forms, and vaccination policies after you schedule. (Or before, if requested.)
- New patients cannot schedule a vaccine ONLY appointment.
- We have spots available for new babies on our schedule and will work with you and your newborn.
- If you have not been seen by our practice, legally, we are unable to provide medical advice over the phone.
- Well visits for new patients are booked up for 2024 and will be scheduled after January 1, 2025, but we can see patients for sick visits prior to that, if the patient schedules their future checkup as well.
Our goal is to maintain continuity of care and be able to offer same day sick appointments for our patients and allot the amount of time needed for each patient to be seen and not rushed. Please understand that we are going to do our absolute best to help each, and every patient be seen in a timely manner.
