Congratuations to VCOM-Virginia - Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine on this excellent accomplishment!

According to new data from the U.S. Department of Education, VCOM has achieved a notable distinction: a 0% federal student loan default rate. This achievement is possible because of career‑ready training paired with a comprehensive approach to financial literacy for our students. We are proud to prepare physicians who thrive—both professionally and financially! šŸ©ŗā¤ļø

A big thank you to these student representatives from LUCOM and VCOM as they finish up their terms on the VOMA Board. On top of the academic rigors that medical students face, these students have worked hard to promote the organization and advocate for osteopathic medicine in the Commonwealth of Virginia. They organized student functions on their respective campuses and at the VOMA conferences and also ran the Virtual Residency Tours of Virginia for the osteopathic medical students, highlighting the wonderful residency programs that we have here in Virginia. We have been blessed to have them in this role for the past year (TWO for Catie ā˜ŗļø) and wish them the best!
