East End Pregnancy Center was established in 2012 as a pregnancy resource center. In 2019, we added medical services provided by licensed medical professionals. In the past eleven years, EEPC has served thousands of women and their families in the community.
If you are currently facing an unplanned pregnancy and are considering an abortion, we are here for you. It is for your health and safety that you receive a pregnancy diagnosis via ultrasound as well as education regarding your options so you can make a confident and fully informed decision.
**We do not perform or refer for abortions.

“My adoption story was born out of the greatest love a mother can ever feel for her child. I loved my son more than anything in this world. I loved him more than I loved myself.” - Heidi Russo

The story of East End Pregnancy Center began in 2012 when we joined the community on the eastern side of Richmond. Since then we have been able to serve our community by providing supplies and resources. Recently, we transitioned to a medical clinic in order to provide more pregnancy related services for those seeking information and support. We offer free lab-grade pregnancy tests and pregnancy diagnosis through ultrasound technology (when advisable by our medical professionals).
Many women and couples find themselves in unplanned pregnancies which can be overwhelming and scary--especially if you feel alone. Our caring advocates and nurses provide our patients with educational information regarding pregnancy, parenting, adoption, and abortion* so that their decision can be made with support, not pressure or judgment.
In addition to our newly added medical services, we offer individualized parenting classes and mentoring, in which baby essentials such as diapers, wipes, clothing, and formula can be earned for free! We have many connections to local resources such as OB-GYN and other health referrals, mental health counselors, adoption agencies, community and local resources, churches and much more.
We thank those within the greater Richmond area and beyond that continue to financially support our center so that our services at EEPC will always be free of charge to our patients. We hope to meet you!
