Don't wait to get your child's sports physical scheduled! We have openings this week with one of our Nurse Practitioners! Don't forget, we provide Sports Physicals at no charge when scheduled with your child's annual wellness exam. If they've already had their exam this year, then it's just $30 for a sports physical. Call 816-470-2131 to get scheduled.
