Taking care of our mental health is just as important as caring for our bodies. Life can feel heavy sometimes—work, family, finances, world events—and it’s okay to admit when it’s a lot. Rest, healthy boundaries, and simple daily check-ins with ourselves can make a big difference. You deserve gentleness, patience, and the same compassion you offer to others.
