Services to support a gentle transition for your growing family. Hypnobirthing is taught in 5 two and a half hour class sessions.

Childbirth education for families that desire the calm, gentle, safe birth that nature intended for us. Classes are held in the west end and private classes are also available. During these classes you will learn to stay relaxed so that you can birth as safely and calmly as possible. Families planning all different types of births have used and enjoyed HypnoBirthing. Classes include a book, coil bound quick reference, and audio files. Families are provided with an insurance reimbursement form upon request. I am certified through the HypnoBirthing Institute. Placenta encapsulation services are available through a PBI encapsulation specialist. Labor and birth doula support is provided by a DONA trained birth doula. Birth and Family photography is provided by a life-long photographer. Over the phone breastfeeding counseling is free! Check out our website for more information and special package pricing!
