Madison County Agency for Substance Abuse Policy Build the Base to a better future: Prevent the use of alcohol, drugs and tobacco.

The Madison County Agency for Substance Abuse Policy was created as a result of action taken by the 2000 General Assembly to promote the reduction of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs through the implementation of comprehensive research-based strategies.
