Kentucky's System to Enhance Early Development (KY SEED) An integrated system of care that supports young children and their families to thrive socially, emotionally and behaviorally.

KY SEED is a $9 million, six-year cooperative agreement between the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and the Kentucky Division of Behavioral Health to support Kentucky's further development of its system of care for children age birth to 5 who have social, emotional, and behavioral needs, and their families.
