Please help us welcome Liv Viccari to our team! You can practice with Liv on Mondays at 7am and will catch her subbing various classes at the studio.
For Liv, yoga is both an anchor and a reminder to return to the breath, the body, and the present moment—and is forever grateful for this practice.
Liv focuses on cultivating presence on and off the mat, using the connection between breath and movement to guide her practice and teaching. She believes in the power of yoga to help you feel at home in your body and connected to community, with a special love for practices that encourage us to slow down.
Outside of yoga, Liv trains in jiu jitsu, bringing a playful and mindful approach to all forms of movement.
