Prenatal Yoga returns to the small studio April 15th for a 5 week series with Seggy and Coco at 6:15pm🪷
In this 60 minute class, you will have the chance to meet other future and new mamas as you stretch and strengthen your entire body. We’ll gently flow through movements that help you connect with your body and baby, improve circulation, ease digestion, maintain a limber spine, strengthen your uterus and pelvic muscles, and simply make you more at ease throughout your pregnancy and post-pregnancy. We’ll take time to share and address common challenges we face during the prenatal journey including nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, and back pain.
This class is open to all expecting mothers at any stage of pregnancy. We welcome those who desire to become mothers and all postnatal mothers. No previous yoga experience is necessary. It will be held in 5-week cycles, allowing you to drop in, use a 5 class pass for the 5 weeks, or even your monthly unlimited pass!
***Both instructors have earned prenatal certifications with an additional 85 hours of prenatal training.
