Tess Challis (author, vegan chef, and wellness coach) is the co-founder of Get Waisted. She's extremely passionate about guiding others to radiant health in a holistic, practical, doable way—all while enjoying the most delicious foods on the planet. Tess creates the healthy menus and delicious recipes that guide GW members to their goals in an enjoyable way, as well as the “From the Inside Out” portion of our program. She has written five books and travels across the country, teaching healthy cooking and speaking. She currently resides in Bradenton, FL. Jen Fournelle, Area Director for Richmond lives in Chesterfield with her husband, 2 year old and a crazy black lab. She is a fitness instructor that loves helping people get healthier and reach their personal goals. She is a lover of being outside, finding new recipes, playing with her kiddo, running and is slightly obsessed with her new woodworking hobby. Get Waisted provides weekly meetings and inspiring community, both in person and online.
