We have been patients of Richmond ENT for over 3 years. We never cease to be amazed at how professional and cutting edge the medical staff are. The medical staff spend an unusual amount of time with their patients making sure they have all the history and physical information and explaining options for treatment. They involve you in decision making in regards to further treatment to ensure you are an informed and an integral member of the treatment team. They are also involved in clinical trials on an ongoing basis that ultimately help many of their patients. The reception staff greets you with a warm smile and greeting and are endlessly helpful. Lastly, they have made many members of our family healthier and we can all use that.

This was my first experience with ENT located in Stony Point. Dr. Robert G. Thomas was extremely thorough in my assessment, friendly, explained to me my options and what was going on with my current medical condition. He offered options for treatment and a treatment plan. I’m glad to have been referred and will continue the relationship with the him and the practice.
