With the freezing weather forecast expected this weekend, we want to reassure you that we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and comfort of our residents and staff. Below are some of the measures we have in place:
• We have ensured adequate food and essential supplies are available in the event of delivery delays.
• Our generator is fully operational and ready should there be a power outage.
• To maintain staffing coverage, arrangements have been made for staff, including management, to remain on-site overnight if commuting becomes difficult.
• Our team will conduct regular rounds throughout the community and closely monitor temperatures in residents’ apartments to ensure everyone remains comfortable.
