Dr. Siff is a Richmond native and graduate of VCU School of Medicine who is thrilled to return home after training at the top institutions across the country. She has completed in-depth subspecialty training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and is excited to bring these skills to the women of Richmond. Dr. Siff provides comprehensive medical and advanced surgical treatments to women of all ages who are suffering from pelvic floor disorders. Her particular areas of focus are pelvic organ prolapse, urinary and f***l incontinence, overactive bladder, recurrent urinary tract infections, defecatory and sexual dysfunction, maternal birth trauma, vesicovaginal and rectovaginal fistulae, vulvar disorders, and complex pelvic surgery. Dr. Siff is proud to perform all available routes of pelvic organ prolapse and anti-incontinence surgery, including vaginal and minimally invasive reconstruction (conventional laparoscopy or da Vinci robotics), with or without hysterectomy. This allows her to truly tailor treatment to each individual patient and choose the best possible plan to accomplish each woman’s goals and improve their quality of life. Dr. Siff is performs and interprets diagnostic studies such as anorectal physiology, endoanal and pelvic ultrasonography, and urodynamic testing. She provides office procedures such as diagnostic cystoscopy, injection of periurethral bulking agents for stress urinary incontinence, or injection of intradetrusor botox for overactive bladder. Dr. Siff has a long history of leadership and administrative experiences, as well as a commitment to education and research. She is honored to have received many accolades for clinical excellence, teaching, teamwork and compassion.
