Get those cameras ready, Wayne County! The Safety Village is opening its gates for our favorite hands-on tradition. Whether your kids dream of being a firefighter, a police officer, or a construction pro, this is their chance to get behind the wheel!

Weโ€™ve got more than just big rigs. Our friends at Dominoโ€™s Pizza have generously donated FREE PIZZA for our visitors! ๐Ÿ• Plus, check out the booths from local community agencies for even more goodies and giveaways.

Note: Pizza and goodies are available while supplies last, so don't be late!

Grab the kids, invite your neighbors, and come explore the trucks that keep our community moving. We can't wait to see you there!

๐Ÿฐ Hop on over for an Egg-stra Special Saturday! ๐Ÿฐ

Get those baskets ready! The Safety Village of Wayne County and the Wayne County Sheriffโ€™s Office are teaming up for our annual Easter Egg Hunt, and youโ€™re invited to the most "egg-cellent" event of the spring!

๐Ÿ•’ The Great Hunt
To make sure everyone has a fair shot at the treats, weโ€™re splitting the hunt into three age groups:

Ages 0โ€“3

Ages 4โ€“5

Ages 6โ€“8

๐ŸŽ Sweet Rewards
The hunt doesn't end when the eggs are found! The first 250 children to return their empty eggs to our volunteers will receive a special Goody Bag! (Available while supplies last, so don't wiggle your ears for too long!)

๐Ÿ“ธ Special Guests
It wouldnโ€™t be an Easter party without some VIPs (Very Important Paws):

The Easter Bunny will be hopping by for photos!

Lucy & Tilly from Happy Place Farm are making a special appearance to meet all their favorite neighbors!

We want to thank Ronald L. McDaniel Foundation and the Knights of St John for donations to Safety Village. Both organizations understand the importance of youth and the mission of Safety Village. The money will help to provide safety training for local kids. As a non-profit , we rely on support from great organizations like these two, and others.
