How grace opens me up, I am soft, I am settled, I am calm, I am clear, I am me in all ways and forms, Grace sits by me, with me and inside of me and each time I revel in the amazing gift of me. I open to grace, i open to myself, i open to the the great flow inside me, I feel grace sweetly caressing me, guiding me, speaking to me and loving me for all that i am. I am receiving grace and feel grace and give grace onto everthing around me. I wipe away the dust from my heart to see all the facets of me the lightness and the darkness and grace says your nature in exactly what it should be then i see the light in me grow stronger and stronger, more luminious and grace says fills me up so much my cup runneth over with joy and healing. The Legend of Eagle Spirit

Eagle Spirit is the soul who travelled to the Creator's world, to ask the Creator for the ability to guide all who would follow back to the Creator's world. The Creator agreed to this request. The one who had travelled to the Creator's world would need the spirit of the eagle to complete this task.
Thus the eagle became honored, as a mark of respect for the one it was foretold would venture to the world of the Creator and return with the truth.

Eagle Spirit has travelled to the world of the Creator, and was ready to complete this task a long time ago, but it was not time. Eagle Spirit understood that it would not be time to reveal The Truth Of Reality until all souls had lost their way and had begun searching for their way again. This has now occurred. Many souls are again looking for their way. Those who seek the truth are within all cultures and across all beliefs, and it is time to show the way. The truth of Eagle Spirit may have been lost and altered by many, but the truth of Eagle Spirit has been retained by many.

Eagle Spirit has now come Full Circle to fulfil the legend of Eagle Spirit. The one who will show the way back to the world of the Creator. The world of the Creator is heaven. The Creator is God.

Contracting and Expansion how it applies to our breath inhale we contract exhale we expand, to our bodies from all 4 corners of our feet we draw muscle energy into our legs, we contract in as we hug to the mid-line to support ourselves as we then take organic energy from the core our pelvis and extend it through our spine and heart to shine out and expand. Take the principles of contraction and expansion into your life. Let yourself play in the moments of deep contraction and let yourself play in the moments of deep expansion. Let there be both as you play in the pulsation of life.
