Throughout December, HandCraft was proud to host holiday lunches for our production teams across all plant locations. Our leadership team had the honor of serving each team member, followed by recognizing several of our most dedicated employees with service awards and sharing poinsettias as a small token of our appreciation.

We also celebrated a major milestone for our High Point plant, which was named a TRSA Best Plant of the Year. Their team was presented with a Certification of Achievement in recognition of this outstanding accomplishment.

This holiday season gave us so much to celebrate, and we’re grateful to recognize our teams across every location for the hard work and commitment they bring every day. ’Tis the season, and Happy Holidays from all of us at HandCraft! 🎄✨

Last week our team traveled to Boston to attend both TRSA’s Marketing, Sales & Service Summit and the 14th annual Healthcare Conference. From insightful sessions to meaningful conversations, the week was full of opportunities to deepen our expertise in commercial laundry.

A special shout out to Dyan Troxel, MSN, RN, Director of Clinical Education, for serving as the moderator for the infection prevention panel and to Brian Sullivan, Director of Maintenance & IT, who shared his expertise on cost control as a featured panelist.

We’re proud to support TRSA | Association for Linen, Uniform and Facility Services Industry and grateful for the chance to learn, connect, and represent HandCraft across multiple departments.

🌟 Leadership Spotlight 🌟
We’re wrapping up our Leadership Spotlight series with Chris Turpin, Ph.D., SPHR, SHRM-SCP — a Richmond native with over 35 years of experience in HR and operations.

Chris joined HandCraft over five years ago as Chief Human Resource Officer, where he helped strengthen our HR department and mentored Maggie Anthes before transitioning into his current role as Senior Advisor to the CHRO.

Outside of work, Chris is a car enthusiast who enjoys BBQ, craft beer, bourbon, college football, and collecting watches.

Thank you, Chris, for your continued leadership and guidance at HandCraft!

As a company that works closely with and supports the healthcare industry, we understand the importance of awareness, education, and early detection in saving lives.
