HandCraft’s Transportation Team does so much more than deliver clean linen and pick up the soiled.

They’re often the face of HandCraft — building relationships with hospital staff and working closely with each client’s designated Client Relations Specialist to ensure every delivery is smooth, safe, and efficient. From collecting carts fresh off the production floor to delivering neatly stacked linen ready for immediate use, their attention to detail and dedication never go unnoticed.

More than drivers, they are facilitators, strong communicators, friendly faces, and an important extension of the HandCraft experience.

As National Laundry & Linen Week comes to a close this weekend, it’s a good time to reflect on why it matters so much to commercial & healthcare laundries.

It’s about recognizing the hardworking teams behind the scenes. Without our production, operations, service, transportation and support teams, laundry would just be laundry, not the carefully processed, ethically produced, and quality-driven work it truly is.

It’s also a moment to reflect on the standards we uphold every day to ensure hygienically clean, safe, and efficient results, and to consider how we continue improving through innovation, efficiency, and care.

And finally, it’s a time to thank the essential workers who rely on this linen every day, from the healthcare professionals who use it in hospitals and care facilities, to the patients whose care depends on it.
