We Listen and We Don’t Judge 💚

It’s time to break the silence, erase the stigma, and prioritize mental well-being. Let’s create spaces where we can talk openly about our struggles, seek support, and practice self-care. Your mental health matters always.

Sisters, what does advocating for mental health really look like to you?

Each year, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated reaffirms its unwavering commitment to eradicating sexual and domestic violence while standing in solidarity with survivors.

Why Denim?👖In 1992, the Italian Supreme Court overturned a r**e conviction, arguing that because the victim’s jeans were tight, she must have helped remove them — falsely equating this as consent. This injustice sparked a global movement, reminding us that there is never an excuse, nor an invitation for sexual violence.

Sexual and domestic violence know no boundaries, affecting individuals from all walks of life. As sisters, we must shatter the silence, raise awareness, and empower survivors on their journey to healing.

💙 Let’s send a clear message: Abuse has no place in our communities. Join us in wearing your denim and pearls to raise awareness, and post your selfies while tagging us! Together, we can make a difference.

Every year, the ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated come together to support the March of Dimes in their mission to improve the health of all moms and babies.

For us, March for Babies is more than just a walk 👣 - it’s a powerful movement dedicated to ensuring every baby has the opportunity to thrive. Sisters, as we lace up our shoes and come together in solidarity, we’re not just marching for a cause. With every step, we’re advocating for healthier moms, stronger babies, and brighter future

Getting active and engaged is easy:
✨Fill your baby bottles with loose change to donate
✨ Connect with your local Stork’s Nest and collect baby items to donate
✨ Host a webinar and make noise about the needs of the community

Through the Extraordinary Power of S.H.E., we continue to raise awareness, funds, and support for lifesaving research and programs that give every baby a fighting chance. Know that our efforts will create a significant impact for the interconnected babies and families.

At a time when most African American women worked as domestics, Violette Anderson built a successful career as a court reporter (1905-1920) in Chicago, operating the only Black woman-owned stenography business in the city. Her passion for law led her to become the first African American woman to graduate from law school in Illinois (1920) and later establish a private law practice.

A pioneer in the legal field, Anderson made history as the first African American and first woman appointed Assistant Prosecutor in Chicago (1923) and, in 1926, became the first Black woman admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court — paving the way for future generations.

As the 8th National President of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, she championed Finer Womanhood, leadership, and education, expanding Zeta’s presence in major colleges and universities. Her final act of sisterhood was bequeathing her summer home, Birch Haven, in Idlewild, Michigan, to Zeta.

Anderson’s legacy lives on, inspiring Zeta women in law and beyond. Happy Violette Neatley Anderson Day!

Autism doesn’t end at 18 💙
Children with Autism become adults with Autism—yet support often
decreases to an almost nonexistent point as they get older.
It’s time to shift the conversation:
Support should exist for a lifetime, not just in early years.
