We will meet virtually this Saturday (March 14) at 10:30 a.m. via ZOOM. Our program will be a viewing of the acclaimed documentary, “WE HEAR YOU” (45 minutes) - featuring the hearing loss journeys of four women. Afterwards, we’ll share our own hearing loss stories.

Access Virginia Hearing Loss Association of America, Virginia Beach Chapter have partnered to offer Veterans with hearing or vision loss complimentary tickets to a select number of shows. Each Veteran with a sensory loss is entitled to two tickets. Registration is required.

We will meet this Saturday, January 10, @ 10:30 a.m. at the Beulah Church Annex, 6930 Hopkins Rd, N Chesterfield, VA 23234.
Our scheduled speaker is Brittany Howard, Director of the Technology Assistance Program (TAP) at the Virginia Department for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
The Virginia Department for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (VDDHH) offers telecommunication equipment and assistive technology to qualified applicants as a solution to their communication needs through the Technology Assistance Program (TAP).

Assistive devices available through TAP includes:
Amplified telephones
Captioned Telephones
Personal FM Systems
Signalers

Other devices available by special request
Personal FM Systems
Signalers

We hope to have the program captioned and there is a hearing loop for attendees with a telecoil equipped hearing device.
