Thanks to the team for getting in and taking care of business on a snow day. Extra thanks to Cameron and Pete for opening.
Our therapists Are all available at least during the daytime hours today, but there’s no late cancellation penalty for anyone that wants to reschedule or cancel due to the weather.
And the team will be reaching out to folks who are scheduled to check in individually.

Coming in December, Pete (and sometimes Kristina) will be leading a new “Evening Unwind” stretch class.
Mostly Fridays at 5:30pm with another day or two here or there. We can have up to three people join us per class…so it’s small!
It’s general stretching not Yoga, though we may incorporate some yoga poses into the mix.
