In recognition of Parkinson's Awareness Month, we had a lunch and learn for caregivers who assist people with Parkinson's. Thank you to the Bonnie Brae Church for allowing us to use their space! We had a full house with a CNA class from Henrico in addition to family members from the community. Dave Bodman started us off and Ann Pryor RN was the speaker. The food and fellowship was enjoyed by all and everyone learned more about this complex disease.

It was a busy day at the Henrico Advocate for Aging Senior Expo! The resource fair was in the gym and the ballroom and there must have been a couple hundred attendees! The seniors were able to learn about a wide variety of services. I am so glad we were there!
