A caring community offering Assisted Living, Alzheimer's and Dementia care, and nursing and skilled rehabilitation care. Here you can live life to its fullest with family and friends, peace of mind, elegance and comfort. Our Lady of Hope Health Center is a nondenominational and nonprofit facility sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Richmond. Our assisted living facility is all on the ground floor.
